We ship all orders via Australia Post and offer:

- Express Post
- Registered Post (requires signature on delivery)
Flat-Rate Shipping
We use flat-rate shipping, meaning:
- One low shipping rate, no matter how many items you buy
- No additional fees based on weight or size
Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout.
Dispatch Times
All orders are posted within 3 business days. Many of our products are handmade or made-to-order.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided for all shipments.

International Orders
We ship worldwide.
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes required by their country.
Returns
To return a product:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Post the item back with a tracking number
- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or exchange
Returned items must be clean and undamaged.
